Selling the Black Tesoro Vaquero I bought from Richard Robinson at Backwoods Detectors this past November. As I understand it from talking to him, this was a test machine he got from Tesoro with the 11X8 DD coil.
I've gone back and forth on whether to sell or not. I'm not sure if it is the DD coil, something improved inside the control box, or if this is just a hotter than usual Vaquero, but a previous unit I had with the 8X9 concentric coil was not close to the depth of this one. My problem is I've hunted with tones for many years in all but the trashiest of areas and I'm not enjoying hunting without them nearly as much.
Cosmetically, in great shape with minimal wear and no issues. I took good care of it in the short time I had it and obviously Richard did too. One item of note is that my camera flash made the Vaquero decal on the side of the control box look blue but it's actually purple like all Vaqueros.
