Bird photography

Been raining all weekend here and we have been in the house watching birds. I thought I would try taking a picture with my iPhone 8 aiming it through a celestron spotting scope. I managed a view good photos. We had a red breasted grosbeak out there this morning and I don’t think we have ever had one. So I got this all set up to try and don’t you know it he never showed back up. It is such a pretty bird.

Thanks. I had never tried it through a spotting scope. I love watching birds. We usually feed them year round.
