Bill Ladd, on the F-70 sometimes being chattery, could it be the loop?

Someone emailed me that using the 10" loop on his F-75 caused chatter and noise, and was not as stable.
I wonder, however if maybe it could have been the ground, and/or the way he had it set up. On one of your
next hunts I hope you can try out this combo & give us the results.

I said it could be "chattery" like the F75, but I was running my F70 "Hot" to get as deep as I could at say that cellar hole for example. For those who want a more silent search F70, it's easy to turn down the threshold to -8 or -9 and keep sensitivity at like a half way point & still get respectable depth.
I didn't notice any noise difference in coil changes, but it's worth looking at closer......I'll try when I get a chance. Raining right now...
HH,
Bill
