Do you think the ground will be frozen? Should I bring a detector?

By the way, Ill be going to Brandy Station this weekend to do some digging. Why dont you come on down? Supposed to be in the upper 50s.

Hey Bob.....we need a Coin$trike report from Brandy Station. Bill and I will be there in March and we have been trying find out how the C$ will handle that NASTY soil in Brandy Station. I know the C$ did fine for me around Appomattox in that HOT soil. I think the C$ will do fine, but it would be nice to know ahead of time. The guys I was with at Appomattox were using "Another Brand". The were telling me you had to run the SENS real low. I set up the C$ with the SENS on 10, ground balanced and hunted all day with no problem. We didn't find the camp we were looking for, but the C$ sniffed out a few keepers and ran smooth all day. Any info from Brandy Station would be appreciated! Good luck!

It's touch & go here.....depending on snow. The ground is not really frozen now, so probably the only thing that would spoil it would be if we get a foot of snow next week. I'll e-mail you my phone number...
Maybe another weekend I can drive down. To get there this weekend I would have wanted to leave this afternoon, but thanx for the invite...
