Nope, it didn't work. It only posted maybe the first two lines or so.
:surrender:

Monte you can not copy and paste information for what ever reason it will not work. You have to type it in ?????

Take Care,
Bill G

It's not just copying and pasting that doesn't work. I've had enough of my posts shorten that I want to say dirty words.:)

Keep in mine this is a test post!!!!!!!!.

Well most here know that I've been out of work and so as money tightens up I've been going through my detecting stuff and working on recouping some money. In that I've sold several coils, and not just Tesoro coils, but coils for my others as well  but it still money! I even ended up trading a detector with my brother and in that trade I ended up with two of the same detectors!!!!!! well that it made it easier to figure out which one I would sell!!!!!!!! I mean, when you have five different detectors and they're all different, and there all your favorite which ones do you sell???? With the trade it helped to sort out that little problem! Now, another problem has popped up!!! Getting rid of some detectors and coils means that the two main detectors I have may need a coil or two to fill in the gaps!!!!!!:ranting:

Below here I'll copy & paste something! (Tejon Tips and Tricks) (So for as I'm typing all seems well)

Setting the Tejon up for good ground

Nope! my post above didn't work either! It did pretty good until the Copy & Paste then it didn't post anything after that?
After the first copy and paste I typed in some more text and that didn't show up either?? Then I did another copy and paste and that didn't show up. It looked good and seemed to be going okay as I worked on it, but when I posted it, most of it was gone??

I'm running windows 8.1 with all the current updates.
Internet Explorer version 11.0.9600.17207 (I run it from the start screen app)

I have posted several times and had each one zapped part way through. NONE OF THEM had a "cut and paste" so that's not it.

We use Tesoro's and can input things like _______ well it didn't work.

All I types where the _____ fills the gap is the symbol and MAX to say microMAX, but it's not allowing the symbols. That's not cut-and-paste.

I use all sorts of things in my forum posts, here and elsewhere, but ever since they did their recent update of their server it hasn't worked. I use the numeric keypad and the 'alt' key to type things like the 'micro' symbol, or the o in Tejon with the slash over the 'o' and other words with the e letter with a slash. I usually do not type 5.75" coil but a 5 followed by the 3/4 symbol using the numeric keypad. It is a glitch with the website since their server update and they need to go in and activate something to allow the cut-and-past or use of other symbols like they did before.

Initially I typed in the micro symbol followed by MAX and it cut the post off at that point.

I tried three times to get it corrected, but use of any symbol typed-in thing using the numeric keypad and alt key zapped the post.

It's something they have to activate with their website.

Reason is that the forum wasn't accepting special characters or Unicode. If you use them then it get erased along with everything after it.

It been fixed and now you can use special characters in your posts.

simple 'fix' and it has been zapping most posts I have made since the change, so I knew it was an in-house repair fixed at the click of a mouse.

µMAX, ½, ¾, Tejón, ® and other niceties are back.
