Biggest ring I have ever found!!

I haven't posted for quite a while. Been busy doing other things and I haven't really been out much and when I have, about all I found was clad. My buddy Lee and I went over to Seattle and hit an old park this morning and all we got was clad. Lee said let's go down to Green Lake Park and I said why not. We parked across the street from the park and headed out. I turned my Explorer XS on and my very first target was the biggest ring I have ever found!! My digital reading was a 5 and I figured it might be a nickel. I almost crapped my pants when I saw this big hunker and it was very heavy. It's a University of Washington Huskies 1980 Pac 10 Championship/1981 Rose Bowl ring. I think the ring is pewter, but I will find out for sure. There is the name S.Hill on the ring so I'm hoping I can find out who it might belong to and try and get it back the the rightful owner. I'm sure this person would like to have such a beautiful ring back even though the Huskies lost to Michigan 23 to 6........... :) Thanks for looking and HH.

Great Find Eddie! In case you didn't see my post a week ago, I found my 1st Seated Dime for the year. 1876 to be exact. Congrats on that very nice Ring and I hope you find the owner of it and you get some kind of reward like getting into one of the Treasure Magazines or Newspapers. Continued Success, Good Luck and HH Eddie!
