Bigfoot for MXT DFX

Does anyone know if the Bigfoot coil for the DFX will work on the MXT & M6 as do all the White's coils designed for one will work on the other 2.

Yes, the Bigfoot coil is interchangeable between the DFX, MXT and the M6. I have both the MXT and the M6 and the Bigfoot works great on both.

I have an MXT, if I recall correctly half of the coil works different in a certain mode. Can you tell me if the full lenght of the coil works all of the time?

Yes the whole length of the coil works all the time in either coin/jewelry or relic modes. The back half has a higher pitched sound than the front half. When you hear the higher pitch back up while sweeping the coil until it hits the front half. Now pull the pinpoint trigger and slowly slide the coil forward until it goes quite (null). The target will now be centered at the middle of the coil right at the point where the rod stem screws onto the coil. Once you get the hang of it you will pinpoint targets fast and accurately. It is the best pinpointing coil that I have ever used.
