I hate to do it but Ill be putting my Bigfoot coil and my whites XLT up for auction this week. I had many a great adventures and fun finds with that ol girl. I been keeping her around thinking id have a good machine for a partner to come with me on some treasure seeking adventures but sadly shes been just waiting so Ive finally decided its time to let her go. You know its hard to give up something that has brought you so much enjoyment but Id rather see someone use it rather than see her sitting and waiting to be used. I still remember the day I slid that bigfoot right up underneath a great big sage brush and BAM I hit a standing liberty Quarter missed by tons of other folks who couldn't get there loop in there, I don't know how many times that machine has found items that others missed just because of the shape of that loop allowing me to stick the tip into and between the rocks and bushes. The best was the 1898 5 dollar Gold coin we found with the 6 inch excellorator coil on ground that everyone else had said was hunted already. We came in behind and got an iffy signal that I just had to check out...I was in shock at my first gold coin, as was everyone else who now turned green with envy and dug every pull tab and junk signal for 6 months after that not wanting to be shown up like that again.
I still call the Bigfoot the vacuum, and the excelorator my secret weapon.
I just thought Id pay tribute here to the great times Ive had with my Whites XLT..
Good luck to yall.
