big silver buckle (deep) and possible trigger guard

the buckle was about a foot and a half down throwing a mixed 12 44---12 48 i also pulled two nails and the center of this buckle but rusted out,and the other thing i think is a trigger guard all brass or copper anyone recognize it or the buckle,both were found next to a 1600s dam, thanks ....HH
 
I can't ID either of them, but would like to say congrats on a great hunt! Amazing relics...and a silver relic at that!
