i have 1270--------i need a new coil for him----does anybody know ELIPTIC tipe (DD but eliptic) for 1270
if is possibile how i can made one coil (eliptic) for my 1270
i need big 1 14" / 8" or bigger

made by Fisher for the 1200 series detectors. Back in the heyday of Fisher when the 1266x was king of the mountain for relic hunting (& still is copied even today)...I think it's size is around 11" or so. (I can check later). Very hard to find one now as they stopped making them, but I'm sure someone may have one in a closet somewhere.....go to the classifieds on all the detecting forums & just ask for "Eliptical Coil for 1200's Fisher"
Mr. Bill & I picked up a couple & we are hanging on to them. Same with the hard to find 3.5" Fisher coil too as both will never be made again...

ok,what abaut -CZ 7 A PRO-I USE THIS UNIT 1 YEARS AGO-IT WAS VERY GOOD ONE,BUT NOW NOBODY SELL THIS
IT IS FOR SEEL 1200 SERIES BUT NOT A PRO----WHY?
I THINK IT IS BETTER THEN FEW UNITS FROM 1200 SERIES!!!!!

by the time the CZ-70 Pro came along. I know it's kind of confusing, as the recent Fisher catalogs showed pictures of accessory coils including the eliptical ones. But they are for the gold detectors only...not the others I'm sorry to say.
