Big Kudos To First Texas/Teknetics!!!

My DW snapped the handle off her T2 on the beach three weeks ago. I had to duct tape it on so she could finish!!! Called First Texas got my RA number sent it in for repair. The received it on 07/01 according to my UPS tracking number. Was going to call and check on it today, but FedEx ground showed up first, low and behold they had the T2!!! Pulled the packing list, they replaced the 11" Coil, handle, grip and camlock, and had it inspected by a specialist prior to returning!! All at no charge!!!!!!!! This is what I call First Rate Customer Service!!! Service like this, creates repeat customers and this is why I am looking to purchase the Omega 8000 in the near future!

Have to agree with you Terry. Had a couple of service issues taken care of by First Texas. Service was top tier. Service rivals & exceeds any of the the other big name detector mfg's in my opinion/experiences. My favorite person at First Texas is Felix.........a really conscientious, hard working person.
