Big hand for Nancy chairing the Spring Hunt

I think Nancy did a great job putting together the spring club hunt this year........ We couldn't have had a better couple of days, Friday and Saturday to go hunting and the evenings around the campfires telling stories were heaven sent IMHO. Everyone seemed to have a great time and some real nice finds were made as well. Today was a another hunting day but with the impending bad weather this afternoon, most of us left for home early.

I think we might have had a record attendance of 24 on Saturday and picked up a new member as well. Fried chicken on Saturday night, roasting your own sausages and dogs on the fire Saturday for lunch and then a pizza party Saturday night was very nice interruptions to our hunting. Nancy even had a surprise detecting game Saturday after lunch and the lucky members in attendance got a chance to find their share of 50 silver dimes and 25 buffalo nickels plus 10 tokens good for prizes.

Good job Nancy....

BTW Thanks everyone who donated goodies as well ........ there were pies, cookies, cake, donuts............ yum.

I want to THANK YOU all for coming and making the PATH Spring Hunt a great success. It's because of all of you that makes it so special. I must say we have a great group of members.

Lots of older coins were found, some pretty jewelry, and I think we all found out that camping is a great adventure.

We had some awesome desserts and thanks to the members that brought them. I would have loved just one tiny piece of pie, but I held myself back.

Again, THANK YOU all for your participating in our PATH Spring Hunt. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!!
