OH Bryan........ as soon as I read the first 4 words......I KNEW!!!! I said, "OH GOD". Don't let S. Crews know that you don't like those creatures, he'll haunt you with Emails about them. He's quite the BIG stinker about it. I think a garter snake is quite horrifying to come across. Sorry you had to come across such a big species. HH and BE CAREFUL, Nancy

Yes sir, they sure but the high step in your walk..........................:yikes:...............

I ran across one of the them the another day, he didn't care much for me either. We both took separate paths!

You also have to watch out for those pesky ants as well. Was having so much fun pulling a wheat that I didn't take notice of the tiny irritable pin pricks coming from my leg. Wasn't until I started feeling the same noticeable pricks upon my back that I decided to take notice. I was wearing shorts that day, and it appeared as if I had one black, and one white sock on.

Didn't take me long to figure what was going on, and who was getting the better end of the deal. After carefully setting the 300 down, I decided it was time for a little dance....They may have moved me from their mound, but I walked away a happy camper with the best wheat that I've found to date.

Thanks/Cliff

Along with the biting ant dance were you doing the "happy" dance for finding the coin? Congrats! HH to all, Nancy
