Was wondering if anyone has advice for the use of this retro-cool machine.Bought it like new, with orginal headphones.Pretty retro I think-Not sure if it has any real depth yet.Doesnt air test 2 hot-maybe 8".I have noticed it likes Canadian Clad, this really surprised me alot.As long as it doesnt like iron trash also.My other bounty hunter will not pick up dimes in disc mode, this oen seems to do with the disc maxed out.Seems like the notch works great. This may be a killer trash infested area machine.

Was wonderng.Since there is only 2 coil options for this machine.Should I get the 10" , the 4" will be a must, but does the 10" get any better depth?
Is there any other coils one can alter to make work with this machine. The whites coils seem to run around the same Freq?

Also what with the tune switch. Is this machine a TR in the All-metal mode?

Here's a text version of the manual, maybe it'll help a little. The Big Bud detectors were very popular and quite good detectors. 8" depth is probably about right. The 10" coil should add a couple more inches.
