BHID SUPERTUNE GOBBLE-GOBBLE GOLD!

I think I got this from Gobble-Gobble.

Beachhunter ID Tips for Significantly Increasing Depth.

1- turn on the BH & go through the normal set up (steps 2 through 4)
2-set sens to pre-set with mode switch in disc mode.
3-turn threshold control to faint threshold
4-set mode switch to all-metal mode& ground balance machine normally
5-after ground balancing & while still in the all-metalmode, turn the sen. to max. the threshold will change to a high shrill.
6-hit the reset to return to a normal threshold
7-return to the all metal mode & re-do the ground balance. there will be a narrower window within which to balance at this time.
8-leave the mode switch in all-metal mode & begin hunting. there will be a marked improvement in depth.
9-*** NOTE ***- there will no longer be tone identification between targets. However , the target identification lights will still be accurate

I got a couple of requests for this- so here it is again! I still have not tried it here in MI yet, was going to get into the water today but 40 deg w/ poss snowshowers is too much for this ole' southern boy. SOON I HOPE!!!!!!!!! I lie in bed and wonder if there's any barbers waiting to be found!

I've got a 9.5 coil on mine and I dig myself sore I can't even begin to imagine the 12 inch ! ! !

Rise in threshold w/ blue/yellow filck. This is prob my best beach find to date, found it last year in the summer. 11.86g 10k small dia is real unk about the blue stone, scrached and wore. After spending awhile getting the tiny sand bits out of all the cracks, a light buff with a cloth. I enjoy showing it off, and the story is cool to tell folks about MD'ing. It's my "casino" ring now! :super: 777 Bling!!!

R-n-R Are you hitting the water yet.?
Still some ice on some of the bigger lakes up here.
Try to hit a sand beach this week.

Thanks Guys, just showing off some of the "supertune" finds.

Joel- Still too damm cold for me in the water yet, I was going to go Sat/Sun but high winds, 40 deg air temps scared me off. I have a wetsuit but's a southern 5mm one prob need a 25mm one here, brrrrrrrr!!!! Soon, I hope, I have to test out the BHID and the Stingray 2 and see which one to keep, don't need two watermachines now.
