I recently traded for a BH Pioneer 505 is excellent condition but it did not come with the instructional video. I first called KellyCo to buy one but they did not have it in stock. Roger gave me the 800# for Bounty Hunter/First Texas.(Thank You Roger!) I told the customer service rep what I wanted to buy and she took my mailing address and said it would ship right away. When asked how much did I owe she said "No Charge"! "Are you sure?", I asked. "Yes, you don't owe anything," she replied. Thank you BH/First Texas for the best customer support in the business!
