Well folks got burned on fee-bay from a seller from N.J. ,bought a pin-pointer ( black one) was shown with real box, warranty papers ,plus suppose to be new:ninja:It was a great price when I got it ,it was a Chinese counterfeit :veryangry: The seller put a Chinese piece of junk in the box, probably thought i would not know the difference:ranting:Contacted P.P. & fee-bay .Long story short took two weeks to get it straight and got my refund back.Guys you just never know about this sellers his feed back went down and he was not very happy:poke:

How did you know it was fake? I ordered one a few days ago and it should be here this week....

The tone they make, serial number on cap, and function of button. Immediately can tell the tone difference on knock off pointers. You can watch youtube videos and hear the difference and rate of tones. Also can tell by how if cap states Pat Pending or U.S. Pat Number is actually stated also and indication of knock offs.
