Beware of OFallon Missouri!

All your junk zinc cents, pull tabs and other items should be collected on a daily basis and delivered to these idiots. About ten detectorist in all metal mode in tot lots would strain their stupid minds and maybe realization that we are not getting rich. Obey their law, turn in all your foil. Then find a class ring, inform the owner that the city will scrap it out for their pockets. Newspapers would have a field day. It would be interesting to know who proposed this law and their personal agenda.

When you said "tot lots", I keep remembering the live bullets I found and also small needles. I will never forget that. Thank God they were found and taken out of their little play area.

Here, I can hunt city owned parks, and state parks with some minor but very reasonable regulations. BUT fairmount park system within the city and surrounding area is a separate entity and its a big no no. And the reason for that is thanks to a group of know it all archaeologists with nothing better to do. And i bet they voted for Obama too!
