was on local park today with the 305. boy it was cold so was wearing wooly gloves. i was targetting pound coins. as i was finding them i would pop them in my jeans pocket. after an hour or so i thought nice i must have about 20 pound coins and a couple of 2 pound coins. thats my box of beer and baccy for tonight. i stopped to count the total and to my horror i only had 5 pound coins in my pocket. you guessed it.....with gloves on i thought i was putting them in pocket, but instead i was puttin them out my pocket....the gloves fooled me. what a numpty. i actually retraced my steps and found them lying on the surface where i had dug them!. another lesson learned....

For us on the other side of the ocean, or at least for me anyway, what's "baccy"?

Glad you found your misplaced coins!

It can happen so easily, and coins and jewellery can "stick" to gloves. Great work in re-finding the coins. That was a tidy sum.

Jellyfish: "baccy" is the real name for tobacco.
