Best Whites DF setting?

Hello,

Just received new Whites DF and needs some expert advise on the setting. I used Excul 1000 for 3 years and looking forward to give DF a try. I will be hunting up to 6 feet shallow salt water in a minimum trash beach , no black sand and no waves. I usually snorkel hunt.

Settings I use for fairly stable threshold are Gain at 2 0'clock, Pulse Delay just clicked out of factory to 7pm and I like my threshold up, I use it around 12-1pm... these are very good settings... do not expect a smooth threshold like you get with your VLF machine its not going to happen

I used these setting last night for my first hunt with Dual Field....I'm am very impressed with this detector!! Thanks Craig!
