Best setting for Civil War relic hunting on T2SE

Hey Folks,

It's been awhile since I last posted on here....I just recently go permission to hunt an old grassy field that has seen some Civil War activity (camps. marching ground)....This particular site has given up relics in the past (i.e., buckles, bullets, and buttons) according to the land owner, which was found in his garden...It has been metal detected very little and that was several years ago...I was wondering if you guys could give me some good settings for the T2SE for hunting for Civil War relics, and the VDI numbers that correspond to buttons and "hopefully" a buckle or plate.

I would use very little discrimination if any at all. Sensitivity as high as you can run it stable. Sounds like a AWESOME place to hunt.

Use boost process discrimination @39& sensitivity as high as possible. I use a 12/15sef coil. It really likes brass. I found alot of uttons this Spring.
