After much research found my perfect scoop T REX .Lightweight,Tough, everything I could ask for. super new design. See at Gold Digger Metal Detector Sales.

Another knock off of the Proscoop. He just put the handle on top like i did to my Proscoop. Ron Delgaldo did the same thing. Hope you checked out Chucks sunspot 705 scoop..... its going to be a winner. Your scoop having 1/4 holes work well for fast draining and hardly anything falls thru the scoop. Add yourself a magnet in the bottom to catch the occassional iron pieces.

sunspot was my second choice thought it was too heavy for my needs. You can see sunspots are the tanks of scoops.

Just got my new Stealth(8") last night...Its big compared to my 6" Kelly co....When i first got the DF i was a little intimidated by the 12" coil...now i got to get used to this BIG Stealth Scoop and its straight shaft...the Kco are angled ....hope to get out and give it a try this weekend..HH GL

I am stuck between the Trex and the STEALTH 8 SugarSand Classic
I dont want to lose anything small through the bigger holes like on other scoops.

I just bought the T-rex vs the sunspot stealth 720 and its great, the smaller holes were the only reason why I bought the T-rex

I got my T-Rex 2 weekends ago and have used it 4 times now....I have never used any other large scoop as I had a RTG with screen bottom...worked good but to small and holes to large...the T-Rex is absolutely great in the water...a little heavy on the beach...

but I got it for the water anyway.....It is strong and drains real fast....I put 2 small donut magnets in the bottom to catch those pesty bobbie pins, but some still get though...I do not think that you can go wrong with the T-Rex...with that said, I cannot compare

to the others as I have no experience with them, I only know what I read and hear about them....and everyone has their own views about them...they are all a big bucket with a bunch of holes and a place to insert a handle....some work better for one part of the

country and others work for the sugar sand on the Gulf Coast where I am....I am very happy with my T-Rex and hope you are to.

Good Hunting,

Elton
