best places mediterranean sea hunting

Hi
Ive been snorkeling in Majorca Spain hunting with my CZ20 for a few weeks on and off but not finding much. The beaches are very busy in the day so I must be doing something wrong.
I try between 2 and 4 feet in the surf, maybe thats the wrong area?
Since its the mediterranean sea there are no tides and no strong waves.
Please could anyone give me some tips? It would be very apreciated, thanks.
 
Maybe there is something wrong with your detector because that person got lots and lots of good loot.
