General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Advertisements not adhering to the above rules will be deleted without warning or notification.

Hey guys,
My buddy wants to sell some scrap gold. So, who gives the best deal right now. I know some places are crooks , and some give fair prices. So, who is everybody using these days ? Thanks
 
Yes ARA is a great place to sell 98% on gold and they are fast 7 to 10 days turn around I have sent them 6 lots in the last year weight is always dead on.
 
ARA took a month to send me my money. They didn't answer my emails either. Also they didn't follow my instructions of sending me 1oz silver bars. I had 4.5 oz of silver and about .36 oz of gold. I will use Midwest next time.

Good luck with that, been there done that. You will find yourself lighter than with ARA, I ASSURE YOU!
 
ARA is the best that I have ever dealt with and believe me when I say the best compared to the rest.........:thumbup:

khouse, no refinery is perfect, and ARA HAS made an error before on one of my transactions. The difference is, that ARA WILL attempt to make it right. If you have an issue with the company, simply contact Nicki. She has gone the extra mile to make me happy on all our business transactions. That is what sets ARA apart from the rest. They go the extra mile to make us happy, because they are counting on our future business. You will fare better if you call and speak to Nicki though, they are SWAMPED and sometimes are slow on replying to e-mails. If she is not available, simply leave her a message and she will call you back. Once you've spoken to Nicki, I would encourage you to give them another shot.

I did call Nicki. I said why didn't you send me my payment in 1 oz silver bars as I asked. She said it was too small an order to mess with. I said you could have called me. She had a bad attitude with me. Their payment to me was like 550 for gold and 140 for my silver. I wanted silver bars back and didn't get it. I didn't see anywhere on their web site that they wouldn't mess with my little order.
