While my coil was a look'n, this was dry'n and a cook'n today. Sweet MAX Jerky...with a mild hot sensation after chewing on it. This was 10 LBS worth that I made. I am going to vacuum pac some and store it in the freezer for the winter. Now.....to clean up last couple of days worth tect'n.
 
Oh man does that beef jerky look delicious! I'll take a cold beer too!
