While my coil was a look'n, this was dry'n and a cook'n today. Sweet Beef Grain Fed Jerky...with a mild hot sensation after chewing on it. This was 10 LBS worth that I made. I am going to vacuum pac some and store it in the freezer for the winter. Now.....to clean up last couple of days worth tect'n.
