i took the guys advise from another thread, and obtained a ''scorcher'' coil for the super-trashy areas i'v e been coin shooting. i found 39 coins, totaling $2.99 in 3 hours using the 4.5'' coil, without all the ''pinball gallery'' noise. it positively makes for a better day, as all the BING!, BONG!!, SQUAK!! wears on the last nerve i have left. it makes for a much enjoyable hunt, without all the clamor. now, if i can do this 29 more times, i will break even on the coil. but,, it is almost worth the price not to hear all the racket. great advice from you guys,, please keep it up!!!! and,,, thanks!!!
