My best results ever, 183 total, in a little over 3 hours! We have a Family Hunt Nite
each week for fun competition, and I'm up against a Minelab Safari, a Musketeer,
and a Ace 250, No Problem:starwars:As I've posted before, with a little practice, the
CZ3d will find nickles most others miss. We have a lot of fun, and get plenty of
exercise, and dig for bragging rights!:fisher:

71 Pennies
32 Nickles
67 Dimes
13 Quarters

1 Ring, and 1 Don't Mess with Dixie-something?

You did good. This week I will be leaving that Minelab Safari at the house. I will be bringing my White's MXT with a 12" coil.....

Usually targets are shallow and using a CZ is like hunting squirrels with a 30-06 rifle, but whatever works...If another CZ enters field you are in trouble as they will talk even at distances..Best planted hunt unit I ever saw was a discontinued 1235 with a freq. changer but it appears you are doing well so why change what works...

This was a random hunt at a local High School. I found an area with tables and
seats, that must be used as an outside lunch/break area. You are right, the targets
were all shallow, and no one else must have hunted there before, as there were so
many high tones to keep me busy in one area. It did allow me to try some different
way of detecting nickles, with success as shown. Passed up all zinc, dug only coin
notch. My nephews Musketeer, I think is also a 15KHz, and again, you are correct,
I can't get near him, as he found me later on, and hunted with me. Now that everything
has been disclosed, my Brother in Laws will never let me out of their sight again! But
it is all good, and we have a lot of fun.
