Best coil for tejon (in militaria hunting)

Hello Folks,
Which coil is better between 10"x12" and 5",75 coils?
I'm not a coin hunter and my hunting is in WWII battlefield hi mineralized grounds, so I'd like a better ground balancing and capacity to pass by little shrapnels.

I've heard that the 10"x12" made tejon go deeper...

Let me know Your opinion.

Best regards,

I have a 12 x 10 for my Tejon and can't say it's deeper than the stock coil, but it is a lot better in bad ground. Of course I've never found many coins over 8" deep in the areas where I hunt..

As Mark indicated, the 12 x 10 DD coil is not much deeper than the stock 9 by 8 but if your soil is mieralized you should see some improvement. The small coil would hit small targets very well so I suggest you go with the 12 x 10. You also get better coverage with the big coil.
