Best beach hunting detector question?

I'm moving from SDakota to Tampa in September and plan on doing some beach hunting. I currently have an MXT, Eagle II sl, CoinMaster 4B and a old "like new" Alaskan. I think the general concensus is that none of these detectors are very good for beach hunting. Other than buying another "new" White's are there any of the older models that are known for really being an excellant beach hunter? Thanks, Ron of SDakota :shrug:
