Bent Belt Buckle

I found a bent sword buckle outside of Corinth, MS the other day with my Garrett AT PRO. Does anyone know where/how I can get it straightened out? Not sure how it was bent but it came out of the ground like this. I think its an 1851 style plate but it didn't have any eagle or other decoration on the front, any help in identifying it would be great also!
 
Yes. I know a guy named Rofro on another forum who can do it and with expert results.
