Beginners strange silver find

Decided to just work all the steep hills in a park that is close by. Its a large park along the Mississippi river in Iowa. The park is not that old maybe 1920s and not really developed till 1940s. It's been hunted in all the busy area's like all the other parks in this area so I thought I should think outside the box and try the steep hillsides. Well the first time I just found some sparse clad, 2nd time some clad and a 1910 wheat in awesome condition and it was a surface find. 3rd time a 1936 silver quarter 1.5 inches down and 4 inches from large tree. 4th time I was getting a 12-41 @ 7" with the 17" coil. Low and behold I thought I had my 1st barber dime, but no. It's a 1867 French 50 cent Napolian the III IN GREAT CONDITION! Looks like only a few years wear on it. Weird Ha? Had to down size photos but for comparisian it's the same size as a dime.
