Was out on Singer Island with my new Minelab Excalibur metal detector and a woman came up to me and ask me if my mind lab metal detector worked underwater I said yesand she asked me if I could go down and help her son in law find his wedding ring he had lost in the ocean playing with his child. I walk back down the beach put my valuables in my backpack and proceeded out into the oceanto search for his wedding ring. After about 25 minutes I finally found it it. He could not have been happier. He started screaming and yelling and jumping up and down is showing all the people on the beach that we had found it. Made us both very happy. What are the odds that aperson with an underwater metal detector would just happened to walk by at the time he lost his ring.not only did we find the ring but he ended up being a fellow Michigander who lives about twenty minutes from me in Plymouth Michigan.
