I see a lot of folks considering ordering the Gizmo from Kenny, I thought I would give you me review of that product. I did this just for fun of course but it is absolutly true and no I don't work for Kenny.

Pros: Most excellent practical product that really helps with the balance of the At Pro
Easy to install
Super fast shipping from Kenny (khouse)

Cons: :shrug:

For me the armrest extension is a must have. I made my own but it is very crude compared with Kenny's.

My apologies to others who have products like the Gizmo. I was just trying to say the Gizmo is a fine product and didn't think about the others that offer similar products. I use the Gizmo and know it works for me. I know that Indian Nations Detectors and probably others that offer fine products like this as well. My apologies to them. -- Randy
 
Grrrrrr... My elbow is SCREAMING after just 2 hours tonight. :cry: .... so I just ordered a Garrett Gizmo. Hope it comes quickly!
 
When I got the Gizmo and installed it, I looked at the machine and thought - "This can't make that much difference."... Man was I ever wrong. It's like a different machine now. No more pain. You can swing it all day.
 
since I got the gizmo my arms hurt less the next day and that's worth every penny of what it costs. Thanks Kenny for a great invention
 
Got the Gizmo last week and took it hunting.
Three minutes to install ( I'm slow)
Works great , changed the balance for the better and best of all it took about 80% of the weight off of my sore wrist!

I went to Kenny's sight and checked out his product.
I opted to make my own. or should I say I got my hands on some black UHMW and had a friend of mine turn one down for me. I drilled and located the holes.

The extension looks great and it does help the balance it's been a very good modification to the shaft. If I did not have this friend that could turn it for me I would have purchased one from Kenny. All tho I like the fact that mine is black, that it's made out of plastic and it was free.

I want some UHMW for a leather craft tool I want to make. What source do you recommend? Also, will UHMW float? The name sort of implies it won't..........
