Uncle sam play nickel from 1953

they play nickel is cool. it has a cowboy face on the front. another path member and I have found a few of these play coins before but this is a fantastic one. Cant wait to show it off.

My misc pile today was huge. I just pulled everything. every once and a while BAM old toy car or pocket knife......

I predict that one day, and maybe sooner than later, you will have big news about a great find. Digging everything sometimes pays BIG dividends. Do I see something gold in your future?

I'm looking forward to seeing your display at the next meeting Luke.

Sounds like you're having a blast. That's so cool! Can't wait to see all the misc. items and coins you've recovered. Yes, this is a great hobby for sure! HH, Nancy
