Been watching and reading. Got a question about hot ground performance

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone is using the V3 in hot ground and what kind of performance they are seeing. The complete customization ability is getting more and more tempting but I would like to know that someone is able to use it in the more mineralized ground conditions.

My DFX's would show a phase reading of -95.3 to -95.5 in many of my locations. Will the V3 hunt this type of ground with any success?

I cant answer your question yet but I will find out in about 2 weeks at DIV, I suppose that is were your headed?

Hi Mike,

My ground is pretty hot, -93 to -94 on the DC Phase. I seem to have better luck with the filter a 5 Hz high than the 10Hz and I use 3 frequencies although I get better depth with single 2.5. Deep Silver is best for depth, just not my cup of tea.

Got a V3 on the way and I hunt relics in the middle of Orange Va. Hottest ground around.
