been using the detecting buddy

got a detecting buddy about a month ago. I like the two part component making for a quick connect and disconnect with the metal detector. Rather than putting my left arm through the hoop I found it preferable to thread my belt through the hoop designated for your arm to go through. I thread it definitely past the midline and to the opposite side (towards the left) of my trunk so that it then diagonally crosses up my back and up over my right shoulder and down to the detector. It has really saved my hand, no more waking up the next day with a puffy hand from squeezing and holding up my detector for hours. When adjusted right you can practically detect by just turning your trunk a bit back and forth. Others using it? CO

I have been using the same harness for a few years, its great for most detectors but i find that when i use my Pulse with a big coil on i use a GPX harness as its a bit more comfortable.

Another one i sometimes use is the Docs swingy thingy, only trouble i find with that its the adjustment of the bungee is clamped to the shaft so basically it can only be used for one detector, but as i understand the later one/s you can transfer to another machine alot easier.

But for me the DB is used most of the time, then the GPX one.

I have one for those older heavy lunch box detectors, works great.
But, its been in the storage box as I went with lighter weight machines,

Happy to hear you are enjoying it.
I've sold over 3,500 to date.

I got mine from Barry and it was shipped very fast.
Without it those older havey beast machines became light as a feather.
My elbow really appreciated it.
