Been doing good at the beach.

Usually me and my Sovereign GT prefer to search for colonial coins and relics. However we can not ignore the potential at the beaches in the Summer. The ring is 10k. The little heart/key shaped belly ring was 925 silver.I know that picture is not that great of quality but I kinda dig the red headlamp effect.
I also found Tons of junk jewelry, clad, and surprisingly not that much tabs.
I also got a 1907 V nickle.

Very Good! I expect jewelry but that V nickle strikes me as out of the ordinary. I've been under the impression that beach hunting is all about jewelry and clad. I've never beach hunted so I don't know. Anyway good job.
Good luck Gary

I agree with the last post...a V nickel on the beach??? I was with a gal last weekend and she dug a standing liberty quarter in the grass off the beach just a few yards-go figure. Nice job on the finds!!

Nice finds! I was surprised when I found a silver rosie on the beach last winter. But the more I talk to people, it's not that unusual for even older coins to show up after a good storm in the right place.

much easier digging at the beach also.

nice finds!
