Becki's big find update(long)

I read the replies to Becki that you sent her and she loves it...But she told me something today that really shows you what Becki is all about..I have been blessed with a wonderful wife and 3 great and big hearted children.. My son is graduating this year from college with honors and will be going into teaching special education.. My twin daughters Becki and Rachel truly live the Christian values. Rachel helps her sister and never complains going way beyond what a teenager is expected to do....Becki was born with C.P. never complains will try anything and always has a smile and upbeat...
Well here is what Becki told me today.. She said dad I want to find enough money to help pay for Rachel's Braces, she said I know they are expensive. I told her we are getting Rachel's braces and we will pay for them.. Becki said ,but if I can find enough money I can do something for my sister, she does so much for me....I admit I broke down and gave her a hug and told her if that is what she wants to do with her finds then that's what we will do...Her next words were come on big diamond ring....
I just had to tell someone and hope you all will appreciate what you have even if it does not seem like much...I just love detecting with Becki. She only has the use of her left arm and hand and uses her power wheelchair.. I detect with her ACE 250 and she tells me when to dig by listening to it's sounds and bell tone.. Her presidential dollar yesterday shows her good ears...
Enough said sorry for the long letter, again just had to tell someone how blessed I am and proud of my family..

Glad to see she is getting so much enjoyment with metal detecting. It gives all of the family a great opportunity to spend time with her, which she both appreciates and needs. The best support and love for patients with cerebral palsy is from the family, and it's obvious that your family is filling in that obligation. I have had the opportunity to work with wonderful people such as your daughter, and it is real a joyful experience to hear such a heart warming story such as yours. I too was blessed with a challenging child a son with autism, and he will always be special to me.

Thanks for sharing such a wonderful story!

hardly a dry I here,, it is great to here you have such a close family,, HH Becki
