Beautiful day for a hunt….

Almost 3 hour hunt netted me some clad, 6 wheats, a 1941 nickel, a 1900 V nickel, a harmonica reed, and 2 horse hoof weights. Great weather for December.

Nice finds. And I am with Steve on this one. I have never heard of horse hoof weights.

They are brass and screw into the hoof. They come in different weights. We find them at the fairgrounds where they do harness racing.

Oh well, many want the S--W to make it seem more like Christmas, but whether the weather brings it or not we will still have Christmas and celebrate Jesus' birthday for He is the Reason for the Season! Amen! Ma
