Beautiful day at Virginia Beach oceanfront

Spent a beautiful day with a detecting friend in the 50 Block at the beach. Hunted the dry sand and feel beat (in a great way). No great finds to report, but had the kind of outing that makes life worth living. Can't believe this December weather and being retired to detect during the week. Hope you "week enders" are able to get out and enjoy. Keep swinging till your swing breaks !!!!!

Got so many tab tops they wouldn't have fit in the picture. Also, got a Master lock that I forgot to put in the picture.
P.S.
They all went in the trash cans. At least the next guy won't have as many to worry about.

and turn them in. I guess it doesn't take away from the can collectors, and they're sent in for Aluminum value for the Ronald McDonald house for relatives of sick kids to stay near the hospital. Our club checked it out, and they even give you a little box shaped like a house to collect them in!
