Beautiful CTX Water Find

I wasn't having much luck on my favorite beach finding mostly pull tabs and "light" targets so I decided to venture out into the water. Since it was at low tide , the water was only about 15" deep. There was the usual "ditch" that runs parallel to the sandy beach created by the small wave roll. I was using the 11" coil and basically sat it down in the ditch and pushed it ahead of me almost like a gliding stingray. After about 40' I got a nice .solid 12-22 about 6" deep . First scoop I brought up I thought I saw a class ring but when I got it in my hands I saw it was this beautiful 14k Native American chief ring . This is the second great find this month on that beach . Love the 30/30 !

Awesome ring, Very cool! Still amazes me People ware Nice jewelry swimming.

Thats really something

Beautiful ring, May last year I found its twin, congrats on a really nice find! Not sure if it was how mine was sitting in the sand but it sounded more like a bottle cap to me, possibly hitting off of the feather tips???

Very nice ring enjoy.

Very nice find! You brought up a good point. That ditch or wave depression regardless of the tide will hold a lot of targets. Thanks for posting. HH :minelab:
