bearkat4160...Here's Your Coil Comparisons Using The Tiny Nugget. The 5" x 8" Coil Wins

I got your results Alan. Been a busy day. Went for a hike with my youngest son, doing a lot of plant photography, then fed horses, then headed home to do a bunch more coil testing. Here are the results below. The largest coil got the best depth of the two, however, the 5" x 8" wins the depth overall using the tiny nugget flake. It won by 1/2" with a reading of 2.5". Throw in some mineralization, and the large concentric coil will start to fail.

Hey Alright John! Just about what I was hoping for...I see why Garrett puts that smaller coil on it as stock equipment. They sure do know what their doing. So that probally rules out the big coil out here...DD territory here.

Those your horse you fed?

Thanks again for doing the test...now I can get me a package on order for the AT Gold with the DD's!

Thanks bud,
Alan

No....just a nearby stable owned by the City of Edmonton. My son has autism, and he really perks up when feeding horses. :)
