Bearharolds fins for 4/27/10

Hey Nancy here's a nickel for you I know you like me love finding the nickels . I went to the hillside in a park where I found a 1944 mercury dime a couple weeks ago . Only found two coins in a 1 1/2 hour hunt first find was this nickel second was a zing penny . The hill is hard for me to hunt due to bad knees but I try it for awhile when I feel up to it . There's not much traffic on this hill as its steep and no picnicking areas in that area of the park . enjoy

Hi Harold, You did it alright! It sure is nice seeing the nickels come out of the ground. Take care of those knees, they're the only ones you have. :stretcher: Thanks for the pictures and HH, Nancy

PS, I forgot to ask since the hill is so steep, would it make a good sledding hill for the kids and adults during the wintertime? Maybe when taking their gloves and mittens off, someone lost a ring or two.

Nancy they did slide some on the west side of the hill its not used a lot for that but we have checked it out and so far not much found in the section they used for short sliding area . We keep going back checking it so maybe it will give up something one of these days.
