Ray and I decided to hit the place I got permission to hunt last week. Just a beautiful day to be out.

Here's Ray just before we leave...he wasn't feeling to well. He had eaten 5 large chicken breast Friday at lunch and went home and ate cake and ice cream and hadn't quite gotten his system straightened out

Not much to show again for this place and it'll probably be the last time we hunt it. Everything shown was found in a 10 x 20 area next to the parking lot...but I guess it beats a jab in the eye

But it makes us appreciate the better days all the more. Crazy as it might sound, the hobby would be less rewarding if our versions of success simply fell in our laps. And I've yet to not enjoy any day out with the detector. It's all good !!
