Beach hunting with the new se?

Has anyone had any luck with the new SE on the beaches yet.
I never owned any of the earlier modules but,I just purchased
the new SE so I can hunt the dry sand when not in the water.
Any feedback would be nice.

Thanks for the response Joe! I read your post and judging by your
pics, it looks like this machine is going to be a winner.
I can't wait to learn it. Currently I have been water hunting the
beaches with my excaliber finding some gold & silver but, now that
summer is over, I wanted a premium land unit. I made the SE my
choice of purchase after all the success stories of the earlier
models. I hope to have some pics in the near future of some of my

We hope to see your post of some goodies. It is starting to turn cooler here so the beach is not a good place. I am starting to move my detecting toward the fields and parks.
