i have a xt 70 with a 6"dd 18,75 khz and a 10"7,5 khz dd ... im going there to make vacation.

so which one shall i take to get the best results in coins jewellery and so on . i know the 18,75 khz coils isnt going so deep.. so i dont know if i should prefer the 7,5 khz one with a higher and deeper range with a sens of min 25 where it can detect any small stuff like necklets, but on the other side ive the problems with the mineralisation so getting more false signals
 
Tom..both coils will work. But I think you will find that the 10.5 will cover more area. You don't realize how big the beaches are until you start swinging. Very GL and HH TomB
