Beach hunter ID , Tip for significantly increasing depth

This was given to me by my friend who own's the local metal detecting store. A customer was playing around & found this, & it works. GOOD LUCK
1. turn on BHID&go through the normal set up (steps 2 through 4
2.set sens to pre-set with mode switch in disc mode
3. turn threshold control to faint threshold
4.set mode switch to all metal mode & ground balance machine normally
5.after ground balancing & while still in the all metal mode turn sens to max. the threshold will change to a high shrill.
6.hit the reset to return to normal threshold.
7.return to the all metal mode & re-do the ground balance. there will be a narrower window within which to balance at this time.
8.leave the mode switch in all metal mode & begin hunting. there will be a marked improvement in depth.
9. NOTE. there will no longer be tone identification between the targets. however the target identification lights will still be accurate.

Good luck to all who uses this program, it really works. I just had to share this with everyone.

A question about step 7, do I leave the sens at max or return it to preset?

I leave mine set at max. for the small gold. The excal. might be sitting for awhile.
