Although I get terrible results on any air testing I attempt on my Beach hunter 300s coil it seems to get okay depth and is very sensitive to small metal objects... However when I supertune it I dont get the loud shrill when I'm supposed to? Does anyone else experience this??

Sounds like you have a problem......you should get great results when air testing and more than okay depth at the beach.I'd put mine up against anything else out there.......it will whup a minelab in the right hands.
