Beach has slowed a bit, so hit the park...

Spent about three hours at a local park. Wandered around the soccer fields. In addition to the clad/junk, got a very nice silver bracelet. Nice way to close out the month.
 
Nice silver you got there! Beach hunting has been bleak here so Thursday I tried hitting a spot where I found 2 mercs last weekend. Unfortunately, they were flying remote control planes way across the field from me and a park employee asked me to leave... a liability thing. Seems someone got hit by one last year. Oh well.

So, I went to another park and was rewarded with a '47 and a '42 Washington. The '42 was found in an out of the way area and only about an inch down (if that). Go figure. Other than that, just 3 no date wheaties and some clad. Nice hunting without a jacket for a change. Can't wait for the hot weather and crowded beaches!
